Touchtel DSL - Bharti Infotel Ltd.

I have applied for a Touchtel DSL connection with their CRF No. 717586 dated 31/07/2004. We have been told that the connection will be operational within 7 days.


In beginning they were kind enough to do the wiring and even provided the instrument to us but thereafter no body turned up yet and took no interest in making the connection operational.


The customer care cell became much more disappointing than the offices. Firstly they make us to wait for hours holding the lines with no results and we get a standard reply from their customer cell ’’OUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SOON’’ I failed to understand what is their defination of ’SOON’.


After providing our telephone numbers and names their seniors didn?t even bother to call back once. The executive at the call center have no authority to take decisions. It took minimum an hour to transfer a call to Customer Care Voice Deptt. They bluff around and create rather more mess than solving the original problem. The Supervisors also follow the same line and behave in the same way. Simply in one line Call Centers are driving the potential customer away from the company.


The purpose of the centralised complaint is defeated and they behaving worst than MTNL Ultimately never go for a TOUCHTEL DSL CONNECTION they are worst than MTNL.


I suggest that the companies who are getting their operations outsourced from BPO companies should have proper check that they should not play around with the valuable clients of the company.
