I am a Dishnet DSls DSL subscriber and I had the worst nightmares using this service.Firstly, the connection was delayed by a month from the promised date.The connection is up and running only on a blue moon day.To contribute to the conditions, the so called self proclaimed customer care manager, Ms Reshmi Roy ( I was told later that she is only a executive who claims to be a Manager)is fit for nothing .She need to be given some training on HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS.She dares to say TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.I strongly recommend the Management of DishnetDSL to send this lady for a training on how to talk or chuck her out for the better of the company.The good news for all of us is that Bharathi group is comming up with a similar services and the head strong feeling of DishnetDSL about being the monopoly would come to an end.Hope Bharathi group would learn by the mistakes done by Dishnet DSL by employing such unpolite managers.Please post your comments if anyone of you had a similar experience.
