Just watched this movie with my friends. The trailer and songs were amazing so we can’t resist to watch. I am now sharing my views on the same.
Its a complete action packed film. The story is about two cops John Abraham(Kabir Shergill) and Varun Dhawan(Junaid Ansari) who are lead to find the kidnapped crickter Viraj Sharma(Saqib Saleem). The batsman gets calls from the bookie but he he refuses to fix the match. So, it leds to its kidnapping before two days of final match.
Kabir is a chain smoker and rule breaking cop from India who has sent by ministry of external affairs for searching the batsman and the kidnapper. While Junaid is a in Arab policeman with a funny boyish nature. The performance of both the lead actors was amazing. They gave what they really known for. John speaks from his action more than his words and Varun was as always charming. Jacqueline Fernandez has also done a decent work with its character of Ishika, a drug addict who helps the cops.
Akshay Khanna played a crooked bookie and done quite resonable work. The story revolves around his character. He called himself Wagah, as he is not from India nor Pakistan. The story is new and original. The direction of Rohit Dhawan is good. The music is on the top. The action scene were one of the top class performed in bollywood. Dialog were also well written.
The cameos of Akshay Kumar and Nargis Fakri are like cherry on the top. The film misses by a inch to be a top class. But it is quite entertaining. Can go with friends to have fun. I will give a four.
