The product is designed to cheat customers and earn easy money. I paid Rs60/- for 3 months subscription on 9/6/2017 and on 22/6/2017 I could not see my subscription. It was asking me to pay subscription to view. I contacted support and they asked me details and proof for payment. Please note that ditto does not have the habit of sending receipts to customers. But luckily I could provide my credit card statement.
No resolution till 2 days. When I reminded the reply was: "We cannot spell out the time for resolution. But we are working on it and certainly get back to you once we reach the solution"
Till today(29/6/2017) nothing happened.
Ditto is a fraud company who do not care for clients.
Please do not subscribe and get cheated.
