This new salon opened in our neighbourhood so I though of checking it out. It is associated with a doctor(Dr Betais) so I thought it must be better some of the regular salon around Bellandur.
Ambience was nice, it looked clean. I was expecting a good service. But to my surprise when the girl took me to the facial room the sheet was torn, changing cloth was really dirty. I asked her to give me some other dress. She changed it, this other one though looked clean was smelling of oil. I though let me not make and issue and I changed into this smelly cloth.
All other girls were dressed in Uniform except the one giving me Facial. I don’t know why. I am sorry to say but this one looked like a maid, very untidy. Her hands smelled with Onion. Oh! I was waiting for the facial to get over. Instead of feeling nice I felt puckish.
She didn’t ask what kind of facial I want or didn’t tell what products is she using. No opinion asked!
Then I took head massage. This girl put so much pressure that my head started aching. I eventually asked her to stop the massage. I don’t know what Oil she used. Even after 2 days my head is itchy. Though I have already washed it, the itchiness is not going.
Worst was the hair TRIM. You will soon know why I am highlighting the "Trim".
Another girl came to trim my hair. She looked clean so I was happy about it.
She didn’t ask - what am I looking for? How much can she trim? What style do I want? Nothing. like I said customer’s opinion is not important to them. They think they are perfect. Anyway since it was about my Hair I told her what I want. But she just ignored it. Plain Ignorance. She didn’t even respond. She used her scissors exactly 6 times and in 8 min we were done. Hair cut done in 8 min:) I was shocked! I was like what have you done. I can’t see proper steps. She was like I have been cutting hair since 10 years, don’t tell me what should I do. This is what we do for TRIM.
Pathetic! I was so irritated that I didn’t even try responding to her comment. But I will surely NEVER EVER visit this pathetic salon. I took 3 services and none was good.
I would suggest don’t even try it
