The serial was initally accepted the indian households untill the story revolved only & only around Sandhya ji, wife of Suraj ji. It was not easy to digest that even after years of marriage both the characters addresses each other as Sandhya ji & Suraj ji. Some of the last episodes seen by me was one in which Sandhya took a live bomb and threw it during a "mela", thus saving thousands of lives. What was the police doing at that time is not known. Complete police of Pushkar city was supposedely sleeping while she leaped and threw the bomb in the air.God knows how she joined the police & how she completed the training(comedy) and after appointment all cases were SUCCESSFULLY solved by her. So called Suraj ji won the best cook award only after the guidance from Sandhya ji. The character Sandhya hs been made a Hero and the homely wife is now a police officer who is solving all police cases and being appreciated by all. The real essence of the serial which can be looked now also is the "choti bindani", her acting & role can be termed as ok.Why the director has made Sandhya the hero of the serial even where it is undigestable is a question unanswered. The serial is still running because of "bhabo" & "choti bindni".I have not seen the serial for many months so not updated on the latest since Sandhya is undigestable.
