This is in reference to a store "CARZA INTERNO" (0124-4264346) in City centre mall, Gurgaon. I bought a spring mattress (Spring Koil) from them in the end of November 2008 which lasted only for about 5 months.
Post which from 19th of April 2009 I have been following up with them for a replace of mattress but there has been no appropriate response from them. Also I have spoken to their Owner " Mr Tarun" & "Mr. Gulati" but the only thing that gets replaced is a new date for replacement. Whenever they give us a date of delievery of new mattress that day they avoid the calls and if at all he "Mr. Tarun" speaks , he is very rude.
And also there is alwayz an argument on replace or repair of mattress even when at the time of purchase we were told in case of any proflem within a year it would be replaced.
I would suggest you all not to buy anything from this showroom as they only know how to sell and not how to provide service.
