I had ordered Crompton Greaves ceiling fan (white colour) through DMart Ready online store and they cheated me by giving me a package that contained white blades with cream coloured hub (the center part that contains the motor). The electrician who came to install the fan told me about it and by then the 7 day return period was already over. Upon filing a complaint, DMart refused to exchange the fan with identical coloured blades and hub. This is the way they treat a loyal customer. The electrician advised me never to buy any electronic or electrical product online, especially through DMart since they dump used products or declined item onto other customers. I will never buy electrical or electronic items ever from DMart. They will cheat their customers. Now I understand how they are able to sell goods much cheaper than other electrical stores. Public is cautioned not to buy electrical or electronic items from DMart.
