No one seems to bother about the customer at Dobro motors in hyderabad. We had a terrible time to get quotation from sales rep at the counter, forget getting a bike. They were totally unprofessional and didn’t respond to even a single query.
After 45 mins of persuasion I managed to get the quote from them. Look out for other dealers in hyderabad for Suzuki or change the bike you want to choose. There seems to be totally lack of interest on part of the work force like they have too many customers and don’t need new customers.
The response from couple of existing customers was also very negative. Shocking how suzuki appoints such dealers. Request Suzuki to have their own check on the dealers before it get too late.The sales representative refused to show workshop or provide any other details. Interesting if anyone has some good reviews on it. Thumbs down for Dobro Motors, Basheer bagh, Hyderabad.
