Docoss entered the smartphone market with there launch of a new smartphone DOCOSS X1 at Rs.888 , a price at which everyone can buy. I also ordered for me by the offline method is by the sms, I shared my name, address and pin code with them, I also received that my smartphone has been confirmed but I didn’t received any order or request id.
According to the company the shipping of the orders will start from 2 May 2016 but till now there is no response from the company. I tried to contact the customer care executive so that I can know if my order will be shipped or not but all of the contact numbers listed in the website are either not working or either switched off. I am feeling very bad because this is the second time ( First time FREEDOM 251) that I tried to book the second cheapest phone. I hope that the company will ship the orders.
