I seen this listed and had to go check out the site and it is fantastic. I spent quite some time there and it is a site that you could spend hours on.
It is much more than a search engine and to truly get a feel for this site you need to visit it yourself.
Since my cable is out at the moment and I am on a dial up I expected the speed to be slow but it was truly fast. It loaded right up and I went from page to page with no problems or waits.
Some of the things on the site include a joke of the day which was a good clean joke and everyone needs a laugh each day.
There is a category called search tools and there are so many there and all very useful. Similar to Map Quest is a map and directions tool. You just need to type in the address and click on get map and get a map for anywhere you might want to go to.
The same with the weather you type in a city and state and zip code and get the weather anywhere. Even international weather which I thought was great.
There is news from all over the world, travel guides, real estate, new car prices, stock quotes, jobs, horoscopes, friend finders, classifieds and much more. There are 3 large sections with many sub categories under each.
There is a place to find out about health insurance. A web directory where you can find anything on the web that you might want to shop for.
There is a people search, a place to share photo’s, even online banking.
There is also a radio on the site.I could go on and on but you really have to see it to believe all of it’s features and there is an option to set it as your start page if you want.
I know I added it to my favorites and will be going back again and again. I would highly recommend checking this site out. The colors are very tame on the eyes although a bit plain but there is not a lot of graphics and such to slow down the load time. This is my kind of site and I am glad that I checked it out.
