Food presentation is not up to mark because I ordered to mutton biryani family pack but the quality of the food is not up to Mark but the quantity is more than enough because the food is not so tasty and the pieces of mutton are very less comparatively to the price of the item this is very a big drawback for this hotel because a customer who expect the good taste of biryani all over the India in Hyderabad only but this mutton biryani taste not good but the quantity is more than enough. Ambience she is very poor and the food is better to take away to home because it is a not a big place to eat there are roughly 6 tables in a small room and there is a no air conditioner in this restaurant. We cannot have food with family in this restaurant because the atmosphere and environment is not favourable and decent. The tables and chairs are not quality one to sit and eat there so better to take away the parcel if you want more quantity of food but please do not expect any good taste of biryani here. Customer service is not bad the ordered item will be delivered very fast if you take away the parcel only if you sit there and having the food will be late delivered by the management so better to take away the food which will be save the time and eat in the home with the family with a good atmosphere and environment. Value of money is good and decent this is the only thing is good in this hotel or restaurant because the price of the mutton biryani of full plate or family pack is very cheap and the quantity will be more than enough but please do not expect a good taste of biryani in this restaurant thank you so much hope you like this review have a nice day.
