In my opinion , TRUMP / DOLPHIN are criticised only because they are government owned. I first owned Airtel. It gave me lot of problems. They charged me heavy hidden amounts and moreover I always got a ’’NETWORK BUSY’’ message whenever I tried to call anybody.
People dont believe me, but the network of TRUMP is superior than any other network provider in Mumbai. And that too, at very low costs !!
I agree to the fact that the customer care of MTNL is not that good.. but how many of us really need to call the customer care so frequently? I believe Trump is a perfect choice for people who really need the mobile to communicate and not for the people who like to opt for other network providers just for ’’status’’ purposes.
I never get any network problems from TRUMP.
So those of you who really know that their network providers are causing real problems, but still don’t want to accept it, bcoz of status purposes, should really try TRUMP.
