It is very sad to say ’MTNL’ has been a poor show in terms of cellular service provider.Although it has large numbers of service centres but in terms of network coverage it has been failed considerably.
It has all same tariff charges and deposits as other private cellular service provider.
Incase of other telecoms, they atleast provide good network coverage which is most important and necessary.
Whats the profit of MTNL’s service when you can’t make a call from a prticular and cannot recieve calls in a particular area.And the roaming facility is also not upto mark.It needs to be improved in every aspect of its service.
It is very shame that a government enterprise cannot provide better service as compared to private foreign companies.
