I have got new Dolphin connection on 1Dec 2005 from MTNL THANE. After activation of my card, I am continuously facing the problem of Network coverage problem. The most funny things is that Even if your cell shows the full coverage, your are neither able to receive call not make a call. Many times networks shows Up n Down. I have launched the complaint frequently, but still there is no improvement. I have also sent e-mail to helpdesk and DGM for the same issue. This network problem is increasing specially in Thane area.
SMS:-- Only best thing is that, I am able to send SMS without any problem. SMS are cheap than any other cell operators. it just takes 50 paise for a local sms.
Billing:- MTNL should increase the billing counters in the city.
Now, waiting for GOD to come and make the improvement of Dolphin Network.
