Dolphin is cheap. Its just like MTNL. It’s not the best, but its value for money. You get what you pay for and they don’t charge too much.
The network coverage is just passable. Nothing too good about it. The connectivity ain’t totally reliable either. But the only thing good about is that its cheap. You have a mobile connection at landline rates. That’s the only good part about, had it not been so cheap on the call rates it would have flopped.
If only dolphin would improve it’s network people would take it seriously, coz half the time the phone is out of coverage even if u’re in the middle of the city, messages take forever to deliver and the network gets jammed around new year and diwali.
Dolphin needs a serious overhaul. This is plain sarkari service at a plain sarkari price.
This is okay for low-end users but for serious businessmen or even college kids who love to flaunt and misuse their mobiles dolphin doesn’t even hold a position at the competition. Dolphin needs quality, network coverage improvement.
Also there are serious billing issues. A friend of mine disconnected his connection and after six months got a bill for 17000 bucks. The matter is still not resolved.
