I am using Dolphin postpaid since last one year. Initially I had lot of problems in billing, I asked for 40p per min plan, they billed me 190p per min plan. It took many visits to MTNL Office - Prabhadevi, Mumbai. It was really difficult to find right person who is ready to listen to you. At last I found a gentleman in my 6th visit and got credit for excess billing.

Post paid - https://dolphin.mumbai.mtnl.net.in/cominfo/tariff2.html I am using plan- C, which is Rs:200 rental (550-350free talk time) 40p mobile to mobile and 90p for landline/WLL. SMS 50p-Local, 1.00-National.
Free - CLIP, call wait, call forward etc. Roaming on BSNL is free.
Service: Freequent disconncetions during conversation, MTNL says they are coming up with new towers which will solve the problem. Net work is upgrading to new switch which will provide GPRS and MMS.
Billing: I suggest to get detailed bill Rs:50/- extra for first few months and check call by call to know how MTNL billing works. Over all its Good value for money, Call center help takes about 2 to 5mins waiting time. I can rank it 5 star if network improves.
