Worst Dolphin

I am a customer of Dolphin Mobile Operator. I am using it from 8 months. SIM card had taken 08 days for activation  and on 8th day my SIM card got activated. But recently I faced some problems from last two months it is going down. The call drop problem increasing. While talking for 10 minutes, I have to connect atleast 4 to 5 times.


The same problem I am facing while sending the Text messages. It shows message failed but cellphone is in network. I don’t know why it is happening. Some time I got irritated with these problems.


Customer care services are not good enough. I have to wait for a long time if I want to talk to customer care representative. Customer representative to more trained in customer services, need to improvement knowing about the Dolphin services.
