I think dolphin is a low budget and low service provider . If your looking for a cell conectivity with no features and alos which suits your pocket then thisis it .So what that the coustomer center number keeps on ringing and no one answer , sms doesnt go, network keeps on missing .....but still you have a cell number with you :) . So go on have a number and suffer but still I can say ’’if you dont like to spent much money then you need to face bit troubles ’’.
