Hi everybody.This is my first review about any cellular service provider.
Day before yesterday, I had bought MTNL Dolphin Connection from the Prabhadevi office in Mumbai.I had always trusted Dolphin as a good service provider as I had one earlier also and faced no problems using it(My cell got lost).Initially, when I inserted the sim card in my cell and dialled 400 toll free number for recharging, Everytime ’’Network Busy’’.I got very frustated as I didn’t expexted this from Dolphin.After trying 5-6 times, atlast I got connected and recharged.Then, I was not able to make or receive any call as the same message’’Network Busy’’ got displayed again and again.I decided to call the customer care centre and tell them
about my problem.They listened to me calmly and told that for the last 2 days, some updation process was going on and because of that, Network was very poor.Today, Network is very good and I am able to make and receive calls easily.
Also cost and tariff wise, Dolphin is very cheap compared to other providers.
Hence GO FOR DOLPHIN AND U WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
