I am pleased to stay put with Dolphin as that was the only service during 26th July 2005 deluge. Apart from that the new offers it has and the free roaming ( in tie up with BSNL) introduced is a clever way to keep smiles on with its customers. I enjoy this relationship with Dolphin and recommend to all my friends and acquaintences. Folks reading this will think where has all the shortages like network unavailabilty and poor voice gone...I wud say only GOD is PERFECT..
So it does make for an intelligent choice like its mascot the Dolphin.
It’s come a long way battling the biggies like Orange ( now hutch ) and BPL or Airtel.
So hats off buddy...Keep it talking :) and keep messaging and keep playing games.
I would suggest MTNL to introduce some good plans that make more people subscribe to it than ever before. Improving the customer service too would make a huge difference in the way the world deals with MTNL.
