ARAKU VIZAG TOUR
Last December 2012 I traveled with this tour operator from Kolkata to VIzag and Hyderabad.
The list of the poor services I faced with this operator:
Poor transportation - They have told us to provide standard deluxe bus at the time of travel...but actually they provide us the very poor quality almost broken deluxe bus throughout the tour.
Poor quality of food - They offered us very simple quality of Bengali food...sometimes some kind of fish found to be rotten. They also not provide any food in the train journey. This is very poor experience if you travel by train for more than 1 day. They have also lack of variation of food.
Poor Accommodation - They provide us poor accommodation. They mentioned in the iternity to provide us three star hotel but actually they shifted us in the 2 star or below standard hotel. They also change the hotel without prior intimation.
High Tour Expenses - They’re taking highest tour cost, more than kundu special and cholo jai...Rs. 13000/-. If you want to go by 3 AC or 2 AC then you can give us the extra amount...they only provide us sleeper class accommodation.
They also give the preference to the old customer when all of them are paying the same.
Their manager is good but the main guilty is there management in kolkata office.
During the tour some of the co-passenger complain the kolkata office but they didn’t response.
They also visited the vizag first then they went to Hyderabad. Most of the tour operator (e.g. kundu special and cholo jai) make the Hyderabad tour first then they will make the vizag tour.
Think twice before choosing this tour operator.
