We own this filter since more than a year. When we first bought it, I didnt want to go for Eureka Forbes and Kent didnt return the call. So went for Dolphin, since the store guy highly recommended highly. Agreed, it was convenient to use. However, in the past couple of months we have had 3-4 issues. Each time, getting the technician to look into the problem needs a lot of followup calls and he doesnt show up even though he says he is on the way to my place.
Last one month, I have been trying to get someone to change the filter and still nobody has showed up. Looks like these guys dont have a proper office and you are at the mercy of one person. I am really fed up and back to using water cans. Truly regret the money and time spent on Dolphin and wish I had spent some more and bought better brand that provides good service. I couldnt give zero for durability and service. Otherwise, my choice wouldve been that.
