I have never seen such a lazy and worst courier company in my life. I came across an issue last year May 2009 with this company, Kotak credit card got approved but it was not delivered to my mailing address for more than a month. I have contacted the courier office several times but they were not lifted the phone just they put down the receiver. More than 3 time got sms and asked me to contact the office NOSbut those numbers were not working. Even made a call to customer care of the banking they never know what was happening, simply said that courier company would contact you by earlier.Lot of inconvenience because of them, they would deliver the product according to their convenience.
When I checked the office addresses from the website they did not update the changes of address, how thereputed banks are utilizing such a courier service, respective banks should think twice before choosing the courier service.YOUR CUSTOMERS GOT AFFECTED.
