As per being your valuable customer since past so many years, this time its really disappointing to get treated in such manner.

I Have told my colleague to order from dominos green park, and we ordered 5 Regular pizzas in one order and 6 regular pizzas in 2nd order,
Order no. 87 for first order.
Order no. 90 for second order.
after giving order online from Dominos website, I got a call from the branch from Mr. Abdul - 8851584639, asking or can say reconfirming that both order will be placed from one person or not, we shared that its for one person and for one place. THEY TOLD WILL BE DELIVERED BY ONE PERSON AT SAME TIME.
False statement made as we received order no. 87 only.
After making call to Mr. Abdul, he rudely shared that because of electricity failure they are not able to fulfill the order before 6 p.m, also on asking to transfer the call to Manager he again shared FALSE STATEMENT that manager is not available and keeping on arguing, we also ask for refund the same but he is on his peak to fight for his own mistake apart of understanding a customers problem,
Also there is no telephonic manner, in middle of call he straight away put call on hold and sudden a guy came over call named Mr. Updesh, sharing he is the manager,
didnt understand that Mr. Abdul is a trained lair in dominos or learning from the manager to share false statement with customers.
Also such treatment makes us irritated and we ask for a process of making complaint for such but the guy who is sharing that he is manager Mr. Updesh straight away denied to share anything not even a contact number or any email.
strictly after get treated like this I have to say its an total mistake of Mr. Adbul and also for the person who hired him after knowing that he is not capable of handling guest even over call.
I definitely want to know over a call by any senior manager or the area manager. that what action they have taken to this querry .
