I wanted to write my 1st review on MS about my favourite place 4 pizzas- Domino’s. Unfortunately, I was so upset with 2 other restaurants(Ammi’s biryani and Rajdhani) that I had to vent my frustration about them 1st.
Now, I’ve never really liked pizzas at Pizza Hut/Corner or Papa’s or US Pizza, the main reason being the cheese they use. I absolutely love the cheese used at Domino’s 4 pizzas. They are sooo melt-in-your-mouth and slightly sour( that’s how I like it).
To start with, there is Garlic bread(Rs. 55) with two dips(Rs.15 each)- Cheese and cheese Jalepeno. Garlic bread is so-so, nothing great. I like Garlic bread from other pizzerias. They have a variety of Veg and non veg pizzas. Some of my favs are Cheese and tomato, double Margarita, Farm Fresh, Barbeque chicken and Spicy Chicken(everything with extra cheese:-)). Pizzas range from Rs.95 to Rs.350 based on veg/non veg toppings and the size. They have also introduced some Mexican wraps which I didn’t feel like trying(I almost always automatically order an extra cheese pizza and choco lava cake). There are 2 pastas- tangy tomato kind of pasta and cheese pasta(around Rs. 70 to Rs.100 for veg & non veg). Cheese pasta is good.
Then comes my favourite- Choco-lava cake. It has yummy liquid chocolate oozing out of cup-shaped cake. It goes very well with pizzas. It costs around Rs.50. Be sure to instruct them not to burn it. Sometimes they overheat it and the choco-lava turns a little hard. They also have the Pizza mania range which costs Rs. 39 - Rs.75 based on the toppings you choose. It’s total paisa vasool. Whenver I have less cash, I opt for Veg singles-Soya. I used to eat it almost thrice a week earlier. They have Mirinda, Coke and Sprite in beverages(Rs. 30).
The Ambience is not great but not so bad either. They have simple wooden chairs and tables but its quite clean, so no issues there. After all it’s the food that matters:-)
To sum it up, its the best place for Pizzas for the quality and affordability.
