This is about my recent experience with the so called excellent Domino’s hospitality / service ! Just 35 mins back, I called up DOMINO’s PVR outlet to order a Medium size Chicken Pizza. The bugger on the phone took about 5 minutes to obtain my mobile number/s....& then when he was told to deliver at my residence at KHIRKI EXTENSION - Malviya Nagar , he panicked as if he had seen a GHOST or something ! His crude reply was - ’’We do not deliver in Khirki extension’’. Is this SERVICE ? Is it what they are so proud of ? So what should people like me do ? Change our abode to taste the flavour of Domino’s ? I say , to hell with it ! At least I will never eat a DOMINO’s Pizza as long as I live & I am sure there will be many like me who have had a similar experience with them. WHO SAYS CONSUMER IS THE KING ! Let Domino’s have the privilege of being in India because unlike the country of its origin, people do not sue each other even for extreme negligence like the one I just encountered. What hurts more is the fact that the employees are very much Indian, who are getting trained in the art of DISCRIMINATION by the their foreign employers! What is even funnier is the fact that we are proud to have them amongst us ! After all this, am I wrong in saying - ’’ Hungry Kya ??? Pani Pi Aur So Ja’’ ?
