I am writing my first ever review out of frustration.
2 Weeks back I ordered Pizza from Dominos Pizza outlet situated at Arkere on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. It was around 10:45 PM when Pizza was delivered. I took the delivery of Cheese Burst Pizza & made the aishwaryasingh23ment. I did not know I was heading for a surprise until I opened the pack. The Pizza was not sliced at all & I had to use kitchen knife for the purpose (which obviously was not effective) & left me wasting half the Pizza.
Another occasion was yesterday (8th May ’09 @ 10:30 PM) when I called up Dominos. I was taken for a surprise when they told me they don’t have my no. registered in their system. Though I have been ordering for almost an year from the same place. After much talk I was giving them address, in the midway of conversation, another guy picked up call & I had to repeat the address. Looks like it was not enough, they put me on hold for almost 5 min & boom there’s another one on phone. I don’t know if they were playing some game or Customer Service. I would certainly not call it so. But thanks to multiple players, Pizza Corner came to my rescue with much polite & what I would call, "Customer Service with a smile"
