I ordered 2 pizza’s worth 1200 at 8: 40 pm frm this outlet
And at the very moment I called them regarding the 30 mins or free guarantee ( which is what dey say) , that moment they agreed to it.
Which means if I didnt get my pizza till 9: 10 then it is free.
My pizza arrives at 9: 15
5 mins late( 35 mins total)
I said I m not gonna pay fr this for which he said that no sir coz the 30mins guarantee is till ur gate and not ur doorstep which he showed me in his brochure( which wer microscopic)
I was like okay but it doesn’t take 5 mins to reach my home
Coz wer I live its a society 25 yrs old which doesn’t have a single security guard n not even a proper gate.
I talked with the customer care that u do not say in ur ads that pizza will hav 30min guarantee till ur gate.
They annoyed me and started saying that sir its just 5 mins
But hey its not abt 5mins its about ur so called ( fake) guarantee
I suggest if u guyz r ordering dominos den plz dnt expect dt u will get it in 30 mins or free
Or wait at ur gate n dnt expect it at ur doorstep
U hav to play role of a watchman n nt a customer fr availing domino’s 30mins or free guarantee delivery
Its just a baiting technique or in simpler words marketing strategy so u order expecting 30mins offer but guess wat one way or another u r giving them business.
