Trust me this is like asking how much can you abuse yourself by eating this kind of food.dont you think we are shifting(or sorry actually shifted from indian culture)forget dominos all pizzas are unhealthy..the best way of eating to good health is our dal sabzi roti.now now now im not saying just stop eating pizza but at least make a healthy choice.the worst about pizzas are the maida bread and cheese hey boys and girls they do you no good.order pizzas with lots of vegies please no cheese.at dominos the worst is the fat laden chicago wings yikess stay awayyy too much fat no nutrition and not even fresh chicken, and garlic breads are horrible.why are we eqting so much junk..where are the delicious foods are nanis used to make.even pizza hut is the same but there are 1-2 items on the menu card which are not devilish.this is why girls you are getting fatter and guys end up with pot bellies..what a criminal waste of money as well.instead ill tell you a very nice option which is good.if one is college going and is hungry go grab a vegetable sandwich at any stall.trust me they are nutritious.and for drinks please forget cokes and other stuff.drink a chilled energee its delicious or lassi you get this anywhere or if you cant leave soft drinks grab a mangola.or a chai is the besttt.hope this helps.eat smart be healthy
