Yes, these guys make fabulous pizzas, there is no doubt about that. The ingredients they use are of top quality and most of the times they deliver within the stipulated time. But note the following:-
Even if you order online, follow it up with a phone call. Phone orders are more reliable.
The sales guys/girls will try to mislead into ordering something else. I don’t understand why they are so desperate to sell Coke as well. Don’t listen to them.
If you have a discount coupon/offer tell them about that beforehand. Though there is no problem as such if you tell them later on, but they will always create a ’nakhra’ and say that already it is entered in the computer blah blah.
Order all your stuff at one go. Else they often make mistakes and forget to send the additional orders. Of course the guy will go back again to pick the remaining items, but you will be waiting.
Besides the pizzas, the other items are average - chicken wings have a distinct smell which may not be liked by many, the choco lava cake has an exclusivity around it, but tastes just ok, so are the pastas.
The veg or non-veg singles set are good value for money and one can have a taste of several flavours.
The services vary from outlets to outlets since they have the franchise system and all the stores are not under a common management.
You will spend a lot of money for a little bread and cheese and other titbits, and a large pizza priced about Rs. 400/- won’t surely cost more than Rs. 50/- to make. But then you are paying for the cardboard boxes, the delivery charges and so on.
But overall Dominos is not bad - one can try them once in while.
