You serve good pizzas however you customer service is very poor. I had placed an order on 2nd may, they called and told me white chiken pasta is out of stock (i had ordered 2 pizzas+1pasta)We will refund your money in 24-48 hrs why??? Why?? Immediately kyu nai.. Still fine as i understand refund takes time. I did not get a refund. I found a text that said you have 152 points in dominos. Why is it there and not in my bank why??? First if any item is out of stock you should mark it ofs on zomato while placing the order thats your first mistake. Second you did not put the money back from wher its came.who did you guys check with befor putting it in your acc. I tried placing and order to use the points but how are you suppose to use it damm. Ull made it so difficult.Its a small amount that i was suppose to receive but thats just not the point. I have been trying to call the outlet its just impossible to find someone. This is so ridiculous. You serve good pizzas. I love ordering from you guys. But this experience is a classic example of how you loose a loyal customer. You made the experience bad.
