So after a long time, I walked into a Dominos store today(M Block Market, GK2). Not only was the pizza dreadful, but they also expect you to share your meal with tons of houseflies(see pictures)! On complaining to the guy at the counter, I was provided a battery operated fly-swatter racket!
That seems to be their solution. Their shift manager(I didn’t catch his name) said that there was nothing else he could do about it. Needless to say, I didn’t finish my food. Neither did I get a refund or apology - I just walked out. Emails, feedback, and posts on their FB wall did nothing to make Dominos (India and International) get back to me. They simply don’t care.
I have complained to both Delhi Govt.’s Dept. of Food Safety as well as The Food Safety and Standards Association of India, and put up reviews of my experience with pictures over popular FB food/restaurant groups and pages.
