Dominos is a big brand name world over. However, like all MNCs that have opened shop in India, Dominoes too thinks it can get away with pathetic service. That too at times when they have tough competition from Pizza hut, Papa Johns etc.
Dominos has outlets all over Pune and they also have a very grand looking website. Just window dressing, unwrap it and out comes the skeletons.
Call the Magarpatta outlet and you will have someone who cannot even speak properly, forget English not even the local language. Most of the times they are rude and will tell you very curtly and rudely to call back later as they are very busy and dont have time to take your order. All this while you can hear them laughing and chatting in the background.
Their products aint too great, but most of us prefer calling them as they have the outlet closest to Magarpatta. If there were other outlets around, then it would be sooner than later that they would shut shop or pull up their socks to provide better customer services.
I mentioned above the website being window dressing. Well I tried to send a complaint through the website and it doesn’t accept giving some error or the other.
In short, in addition to the poor service, they are not interested in receiving complaints and / or feedback which may or may not help them improve the services.
If you happen to have a craving to eat pizza, then either go the Pizza Hut outlet in kalyaninagar or the Papa Johns outlet opp Wadia. I would rate Papa Johns pizza and service the best of the lot.
