Domino's Pizza

I am a regular customer of Dominos and the pizzas are great. I will continue ordering with Dominos going forward as well.

However, their ordering interface is not good - the online portal does not work most times. Also, the offers they advertise are not honoured - so I am not really sure if their offers are true.

I came across the Weekend offer on Facebook page for Dominos Pizza India with text below on 27 October 2013

I tried ordering online but got the message " Online ordering is not available. Please order using phone line( 68886888) ." So, ordered on the phone at the Pimpale Saudagar Dominos. My order amount was above Rs. 800/-. So, I quoted the coupon code and asked for the free garlic bread and dip. I was denied the valid order

The coupon code was not acceptable at the counter. This has happened earlier as well.

So, I am not really sure if the offers that Dominos quotes will be honoured.

So two points

• You would be lucky to get the online ordering done - the site doesn’t work well
