Yesterday we placed a order on Bagh Ameeri Kukatpally Branch. Invoice no. 66034/17/18459. It was horrible experience.
We order pizza at 8PM over phone and they delivered at 9PM. When asked for the reason, delivery boy said the wrong mobile number is there on Bill. So he could not reach on time. While placing the order, the executive asked mobile no. twice. But address was correct.
When I called the executive again, he spoke very rudely and gave a very nonsensical reason of Sunday traffic. If traffic is there they why did they commit 30 Min delivery. Then he started speaking rudely.
It really left a bad impression on guest at home specially kids.
A very bad experience. What is remedy for such issues?
