As you can see last night we were screwed by GST and cheese burst which we had no idea about to be this much.I really had a bad experience yesterday, let me tell you in detail.
Customer Service: -They are knew for their bad customer service.I remember about complaining when they delivered the wrong order after waiting for like more than 30mins. Yesterday was pretty much the same. I was out with my friends and we asked for 3 kinds of pizza and it took them more than 45mins to make. We were starving and asked about the pizza for 2-3 times about how long more.
Effects of Food: -Like you can see in the list we ordered 3different kinds of pizza and two of them was non veg and other one was double cheese along with cheese crust.I can say i’m lucky that I still feel good because both of my friends are spending time in toilet.I dont know what kind of contamination took place but really disappointed about this.
Real taste of food: -I don’t know that it happens at other location or place but the place I had yesterday their breadbowl was undercooked.Dominos needs to cook properly.It supposed to be more crust and buttery which I was told that Domino’s new way has become but I really dont feel any difference.
Topping and Crust: We ordered 2 medium pizaa with chicken toppings, but I hardly find any chicken pieces over there.At least you should put some amount of chicken on pizza but it was awful.The so called crust was gummy.
I have complained about All these many times and yesterday I did the same. And the worst part is whenever I told to contact someone to get details that person seems to coincidentally be out that day or always too busy with something else. I shouldnt hav to keep complaining because you need to make your pizza right.
So guys you decide and think twice before going to this place but i’m never having dominos again.
