Last sunday I went to dominos amonora branch it was a crowded place and branch did not provided sufficient chairs for customers, so I ordered choco pizza which cost more than 240 INR because of the service tax so I reuqested cashier to cut up service tax because as per government rule effective from jan 2016 if customer does not want to pay service tax any ac restaurant owner can not impose service tax on customer.
Following the rule dominos who is a big brand in market does not allow me to not pay service tax, they said our company is not following this kind of rule and this is our company’s implication. It was very frustating thing for me but I had paid service tax because I did not had any other option.
