The outlet at Sec-12 dwarka, New Delhi has a pathetic service, the home deliver orders are often messed up, and the toppings of home delivery are not as ordered I had twice ignored but last time I had to complain, The response was also not encouraging, instead of feeling sorry for mess they have created, staff insisted on consuming whatever is provided but I was adamant this time as this was consistently third time I was facing the problem hence, I insisted on replacement, the replaced pizza was delivered only after one hour that too after consistent follow up.
last time the delivery of pizza was after 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes and still I happen to pay for the pizza, yesterday one of the employee of Dominos happen to create new rule and intimate the same to us that the pizza would be delivered in 45 to 60 minutes, and on questioning the reason we were informed that the rule of delivery within 30 minutes only apply for single or at most two pizzas and not for six single pizza and hence we have to wait for 1 hour for our pizza.
I fail to understand when around 50 pizza is made at any point of time in the pizza machine then how delivery time of two pizza or 4 pizza would be different, further if the four pizzas are made in different batches then by the time the 4th pizza would be made the 1 pizza would not be fit for consumption because the pizza is best when consumed hot i.e. within 45 minutes of preparation. I failed to understand why the pizza not fit for consumption is being supplied to customers.
