Domino’s pizza is one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. Generally pizzas get cold very quickly, but even when they do, they taste good. But, this one from Domino’s tastes pathetic even when it is lukewarm.
Add to that, the range of vegetarian pizzas are extremely limited. It hardly leaves a choice for consumers like me.
Last but not the least, the attitude of the personnel is appalling. I had gone to the Domino’s Pizza shop at Peddar Road to get a pizza home. When the guy at the counter didn’t give me extra ketchup (as is the norm), I asked him for it, but he replied that they do not serve additional ketchup; that is the way they serve in the US, and the company has maintained the same policy. I was shocked at this statement and their attitude and I promptly tried to cancel my order and give the pizza back. The cashier refused to give my money back and take back the pizza. I refrained from arguing any further thinking it would be futile. The worst part is that they think they can con Indians that is totally Western without catering to their tastes.
When I reached home in about 10 minutes, the Margarita pizza was nearly cold and it was difficult to swallow even a bite of it.
