This Is regarding ORDER NO: 132 placed on 17/12/2015 . We placed an order and we get a call saying that instead of half an our it can take maximum 1 hour . We waited for 55 minutes but when we dint get a call we order something else .
Finally we got pizza after 1 hour and I told the same story that I have ordered from something else.
This is not the first time I faced this. Previously also the same thing happened many times.
Please understand one thing that committing service on a maximum time is not a best practice.
Later Since I ordered from somewhere else I told them I can Pay Rs 300 maximum since we had to pay somewhere else . But they simply refused . In theses conversation my 20 minutes got wasted.
At least if there is a mistake from service provider’s end at-least you should learn customer service and good will because you are not a road side brand.
