This is not the first time it has happened. I went to domino’s pizza sarjapur road branch and had a horrible experience, I could see staff was not maintaining hygiene. I could see one member picking nose near cash-counter. When I took away my order, it was half-baked. I called them up and the moment I started complaining they put me on hold. I went back to store and told those people that pizzas are not baked properly, the staff person told me that it is like that only(As if I never had pizza, and I have never seen the pizza in TV:-even)) I handed over the entire order to them without asking any replacement or cash-back( I’ll assume it is donated). I wrote to customer care also, but I think it has become usual practice for them to not to entertain such complaints.
