Domino’s apparaently is India’s favourite Pizza chain .
Dominoz has a good presence across different locations and is easily approachable.I dont think any one of us can doubt the credibility of this chain in timely deliveries. But I would definately like to mention that there are major consistency issues in terms of the quality of pizza delivered.Sometimes the crust is not crisp enough, sometimes the sauce is not well spared, sometimes the quantity of topping is less, sometimes the pizza is absolutely cold, sometimes it is not appealing at all. everytime there seems to be some issue or the other.
I would like to comment on a few other aspects aswell:
Costing: Crusts are over priced. I dont think Dominoz should be charging extra for choosing a pan crust / thin crust at all. One definately would’nt mind paying an extra amount for cheese burst pizza because the concept itself justifies it( Extra CHEEEZZZZZZZZ)
Choice of topppings - I feel dominoz should add on to the varities of toppings and should offer more choices like soya, shallots, red paprika, babycorn, sundried tomatoes, fresh mexican chillies( the ones that Papa Johns serves) etc.( The soya n shallots pizza is availavle only in their 4 pizza combo, but if one wants to oder that seperately it is not really in the menu.)
Crust - It would be a good idea to have wheat crust, multigrain crust and flavoured crusts.
Accompliments - Tomato Ketchup and Mustard sauce are a must . I dont think Dominoz should think about costs here. This is the least a customer can expect.
Seasoning - Italian seasoning served by Dominoz is just perfect.Much better than any other pizza chain.
Breads - Dominoz garlic bread is awesome but I am surprised why they have stopped garlic bread cheese toasties. Infact, if dominoz offers some variety in italian breads with toppings, it would be Yummazaing.
Where pizza hut has gone so far in bringing up the level of menu I am sure dominoz can do their bit too.
