The things I find really cool about this International pizza chain are
*30 mins delivery** - They are always on time, I’ve been ordering pizza from them for the past 3 years and only twice had them come late (they gave me 50% off both times).
*Totally e-nabled** - They have a toll free 1-600 number which directs you to the nearest outlet to you. To my knowledge, they are one of the first to have done this & shown how committed they are to delivering value to their consumers.
*Quick n Efficient** - When you call domino’s, you really dont waste time explaining directions to your home, because they have a keen knowledge of the real estate around the outlet. If you have called them from your phone once, they have a very efficient CRM package which lets them identify you from your number & gets that pizza home in 30 mins, if not less.
*Unflagging Quality** - You know what you are gonna get when you order from domino’s, coz the taste does not vary from day to day or week to week or month to month. Highest quality of ingredients go into making it & they source the best from all over our country and abroad to make these pizzas possible, I recently read this story in Business World where they detailed how the supply chain for the raw materials works for Domino’s & it was amazing how they have managed to indigenise & still keep the taste international.
*WOW Combo’s** - The menu is a veritable miracle. They let you create your very own pizza, ok ok , I know every pizza chain lets you do this, but the local flavors that they have in every market is amazing eg: Gongura mutton in hyderabad & chettinad chicken in Chennai. This really is giving you your own flavors on a pizza which none of our own local homegrown pizzeria’s have done. They recently had a festival where they had flavors from China, Mexico & Japan etc. I also love the Thick crust / Thin crust options that they give.
6.**Low Price** - When Biryani is priced at 70-80 bucks a serving, 100 bucks for 3 topping 8’’ pizza is really value for money. Personally I feel that thier 12’’ options are over priced, but you can always order multiple 8’’ with different combinations.
7.**Promo’s** - They have constant excitement around the brand what with ’’buy a pizza, get one free’’, ’’buy a unlimited topping 12’’, get a 1.5L Coke free’’ kind of offers, makes you want to keep going back to them all the time.
8.**Fabulous Side’s** - The buffalo wings are so tasty , you could eat 5 portions all by yourself, the cheesy dip & twisteroo’s are good too. The brownies are really cool too.
Personally, We guys order pizza at least once a fortnight & **pop open some beer** & by the time the pizza arrives 30 minutes later, we are in the **right spirit** !!! Nothing like some formula 1 or friends on the telly & a **fully loaded pizza** in front of you !
