I had a very pathetic experience when I went to Dominos Pizza at Somajiguda, Hyderabad(A.P).Its a pity that I am a fan of the product, the attitude of the staff put me off bcoz of which I will never go to a DOMINO’S PIZZA again!
I had been to the restaurant on Thursday afternoon, Mr Ravikumar was there to take my order.On entering the store I see that he was busy over the tel and did not acknowledge my entry. With the most unenthusistic expression on his face, he asked me what I wanted to order(did not show me the menu). On asking him for a menu he gave me one. Then I told him that I wanted a pepproni pizza with lamb. He was about to punch the order without asking me anything else, I then told him that I needed a small pizza. I asked him if I could have the thin crust, he just said no it was not possible.I had to ask him if he could give me a twisty bread as well.He just sad yes and punched the order.He told me how much I was to pay, I gave him the money and he did not have change.While I was I front of him he made a few phone calls which seemed to be very imp to him at that time, speaking to a friend in his own regional language!Anyways...while I was waiting for my order to come..which seemed quite a while....the restaurant was hot inside, no one bothered to switch the aircondition on.The attitude of Mr Ravikumar made me feel as if I was guilty of disturbing him!The best part was while I was waiting for my pizza to get ready, a few foreigners came in and on seeing them, there was a sudden enthusiasm in Mr Ravikumar and a very loud greeting with a menu ready in his hand!There was suden vigour and energy in the way he treated them, which made me feel the organization was suffering from aparthied!
