Had a very bad experience in terms of domino’s service today(17th July, 2013)...ordered a pizza at 9pm today and after waiting for an hour I got to know my order wasn’t even loaded by that time...
Had a word with one of their staff named Jyoti(vasant kunj, C block branch) asked her to make me talk to her mAnasultanger to which she replies all her mAnasultangers are busy and can’t talk...wtf!!!
Not expected...really disappointing...finally my pizza gets delivered to me at 11pm(after 2 hours) and when I talk to the mAnasultanger (Mr.IQBAL, Vasant Kunj branch) expecting an apology…he literally abuses me…
JUST CAN’T BELIEVE IT…!!! ONE WORD: GET QUALIFIED STAFF IF YOU WANT TO LIVE UP TO YOUR NAME....30 min nahi toh free...BULLSH@#!
