We ordered a pizza from dominos on 23rd via Swiggy app. The pizza delivery guy came late. He came after 1 hour from time of accepting the order. The pizza was cold by then. The pizza was overcooked. We spoke to manager who promised the refund. Now the real game started. We were told 7 working day, when we followed up we were told its 10 workingdays. Post that on calling their help line number the CSR would make false promises of the store manager/ senior person would call back. But no call received. I was a big fan of Dominos but seeing this behavior Ill never ever order from these guys..
