Beware of the home delivery boys wrt change. I ordered pizza, garlic bread worth Rs 473. I mentioned during my order that I have Rs 1000 note so bring change. The guy who took order agreed on this. But when the delivery boy came he did not carry any change. Some how I manage to get Rs 500 note but the guy even don’t have 20 or 30 Rs change. I had 73 rs change too but the guy said he don’t have any money. I called Dominos and they said sorry and told us to give 500 to the guy and said he will return money in next order. What if I don’t get 500 from my neighbor. I would have given that guy 527 extra then?
I somehow found 10 rupee notes bundle and gave that guy exact amount. It seems to be some ploy from these delivery boys to bag some extra money this way. It is impossible to believe that these guys don’t have any money with them.
Even though I told during order the guy did not come up with change.So dear friends beware and always keep some change. This change issue was never faced in Pune but I faced it twice in Bangalore. I have to say they don’t have very good customer service here.
