I am regular customer of Dominos for the past 5 years and the service has always been good.This is the first time I have ordered from this outlet (Soul space, Doddanekkundi) and the service was very disappointing.
I am hoping this review will bring this to the managements attention.I had ordered 7 pizzas on 4 June 2013, for which the staff mentioned it would take 40 mins. After 70 mins I had to keep calling up the store to know the delivery time.
The staff or the delivery person did not bother to call and inform. They had me running around the entrance of the building searching for the delivery guy when in fact the guy had not even arrived. And this store is exactly 5 mins away from the office building.
The staff did not inform me that I should be buying plastic bags to carry the pizzas once delivered. I would have expected them to ask me if I needed a bag so that I would not be left stranded with multiple boxes and nothing to carry them in.
The staff committed to sending across disposable cups which were not delivered. The staff should not have been committing to things they cannot deliver.
After all the hassle I went through, the store manager did not give any sort of discount/offers.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
