Today I had two bad experience with Dominos, Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore:
- I ordered two chicken pizzas (Chicken Fiesta and Spicy Chicken).
The chicken toppings in both the pizza were rotten. Very bad smell was coming out of chicken pieces.
It is sad that no quality control is in place even though its one among the very reputed brands.
- The delivery boy charged 400 rupees extra from me. This I came to know only when I asked for reimbursement of those bad rotten pizza. It was my negligence that I didn’t ask for the receipt.
The complaint was handled in very professional way. The manager himself came to my place for reimbursing and apologized to me. But this doesn’t solve the issue. Credibility once lost is very difficult to be build up. The lesson we can take here is better to avoid outside food especially non-veg.
